With India producing at least 65% of its electricity through thermal power plants, that report on air pollution control for coal fired power plants (http://www.bccresearch.com/report/EGY030B.html) looks very relevant.
I also hope the government encourages use of renewable sources for power generation and it will be great if people could generate their own electricity (though solar of wind energy) and reduce dependency on our grids.
